NOTE: TOC Systems will provide complementary testing of questionable samples and issue a confidential report with our recommended choice of TOC analysis (and guarantee our performance for your application). We do this without bias, because we have all methods and are not limited to selling you just a single (or dual) method, promising it will do everything.
TOC Systems' unique dual NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) CO2 detectors provide unmatched ruggedness & stability. True redundancy means you will never be out of service because of an NDIR failure. The CO2 detector is the heart of all TOC analyzers, either limiting or enhancing accurate TOC analysis.
TOC Systems, alone, uses an industrialized Microsoft Windows CE Computer to completely automate our on-line TOC analyzers. Others use Microprocessor-based analyzers, which often require “customized”, expensive re-programming, if your application changes in the future.
Familiar “Microsoft Windows” operation:
TOC Systems uses True Modular Construction, with easy access & exchange of Replacement Modules, minimizing service down-time and expense. Upon notification of a malfunctioning module, TOC Systems will ship a replacement module overnight.
In addition to producing other analyzers, TOC Systems provides Pre-Engineered Total System Packages, complete with sample systems, small shelters, and utilities, ready to be delivered to your site. We work with Systems Integrators of your choice or provide the service directly to the End-User.
